DESCRIPTION:
Our Production controllers are
responsible for planning and overseeing production to ensure they are completed
in a timely fashion and within quality requirement, plan and designate production
resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep management informed the
entire way. They need to predict resources needed to reach objectives and
manage resources in an effective and efficient manner, track products costs in
order to meet budget, develop and manage a detailed production schedule and
work plan. Provide production updates on a consistent basis to management and
the rest of the team, about adjustments, and progress. Our production
controller should also manage and maintain contact with suppliers, Logistic
companies as well as customers.

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage
resources in an effective and efficient manner.

Prepare products budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
·
Track products costs in order to meet budget.
·
Develop and manage a detailed production schedule and work plan. (From
RFQ, prototype, tooling samples, especially from production to shipping)
·
Pro-active drive all related functions team to keep the production finishing
in time, cost and quality
·
Manage suppliers to follow production timely actions and delivery
from prototype to production, shipping request, clients' POs, shipping
commitment and schedule, shipping for export etc.
·
Compiling data and
reports, Production process, Production and shipping schedule，Specifications,
Prices, Lead times, etc, in an organized manner for the team's program management,
and documentation management and classifying.
·
Conduct continuous risk assessment for production and control
cost to meet budget and cost reduction
plan for products;
·
Serve as our primary relationship manager with suppliers
·
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks
and communicating expected deliverables.
·
Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
·
Measure productions performance to identify areas for improvement.
KEY
REQUIREMENTS:
·
Bachelor's
degree or above in related field
·
5-8 years
of project/production management and related experience
·
Proven
ability to solve problems creatively
·
Strong
familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best
practices
·
Experience
seeing production through the full life cycle.
·
Excellent
analytical skills
·
They
should also be self-motivated and driven to succeed, highly organized,
confident and can handle conflict and resolve situations in a levelheaded
manner.

Should
have a Professional poise and demeanor.
· English : professional working level in reading and writing, speaking can be a little lower, Intermediate

• 有条理地整理数据和报告，如生产流程、生产和发货日程安排、规格、价格、交货时间等，以用于团队的项目管理、文档管理和分类。
• 对生产进行持续风险评估并控制成本，以符合预算并实现产品成本降低计划。
• 作为我们与供应商的主要关系管理者。
• 通过分配任务和沟通预期交付成果来管理与供应商的合同。
• 监控进展并根据需要进行调整。
• 衡量生产绩效以确定改进领域。
关键要求：
• 相关领域本科及以上学历
• 5 - 8年项目/生产管理及相关经验
• 具备创造性解决问题的能力
• 非常熟悉项目管理软件工具、方法和最佳实践
• 有完整生产生命周期的经验。
• 出色的分析能力
• 他们还应自我激励、渴望成功、组织能力强、自信，能够冷静处理冲突和解决问题
• 应具备专业的风度和举止
• 英语：阅读和写作达到专业工作水平，口语水平可中级
