We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, prototype, and develop mechanical systems and components for consumer products from concept to production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams based in USA, China, & Vietnam, including industrial designers, electrical engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions.

3. Job content 

Jobs that need to be done: 

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings and specification for consumer products using 3D CAD software(SolidWorks, AutoCAD). 
• Build and test functional prototypes to evaluate performance and identify design improvements. 
• Collaborate with ID team and Production team to optimize designs for mass production(DFM). 
• Document design changes and maintain version control. 
• Generate Product CTQ(Critical to Quality)checkpoints to enhance product requirements. 
• Targeted jobs (Depending on the level, salary increase, and promotion will be considered): 
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas. 
• Perform simulations (FEA, CFD) to validate designs for structural integrity, thermal performance, and durability. 
• Ensure designs meet industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, UL) and regulatory requirements (e.g., CPSC, FCC). 
• Select materials and processes (e.g., injection molding, sheet metal, die casting) aligned with cost and quality goals. 
• Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and innovation. 

4. Candidate requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design/development, preferably in consumer products. 
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). 
• Proficiency in English communication and technical documentation elaboration. Experience to communicate with Foreign customers. 
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration. 

• Eager to learn, good thinking, and attitude.
